About This Blog

This blog is a ministry of The Scrupe Group, a mutual support group for Christians and others suffering from scrupulosity, the religious manifestation of Obsessive Compulsive Disorder (OCD). With over a thousand members worldwide, the Group was founded by a Lutheran minister, who still moderates it. While all theological traditions are respected, pastoral advice and the content of this blog are rooted in the confessional Lutheran tradition, and centered around the conviction that healthy, biblical Christianity is inseparable from a sound understanding of the distinction between Law and Gospel.
